With professional roots in education, DJ Fourchalk shifted into the Real Estate industry in 2007. He facilitated the entry of eXp Realty, into Canada, in 2012. The phenomenal success of this industry changing company allow DJ to retire in 2019.

He moved to Los Cabos to enjoy the peaceful lifestyle, do volunteer work and run away from Canadian winters. Retirement plans changed, as DJ saw a huge opportunity to help people build very successful careers in the Real Estate industry.

After buying a home in the hidden-gem community of Rolling Hills, DJ founded Cabo Constructo. Initially, CC was solely a home construction company. Expansion occurred quickly, with the addition of a Property Management company, and a professional team of local Real Estate agents.    CC Is now proud to be able to assist with all Real Estate needs!

With a keen interest in boosting the local workforce, Cabo Constructo has a team of more than 50 (and quickly growing) employees, including:  engineers, architects, construction crew, web designers, marketing specialists, Realtors.  With DJ’s vision, and our highly professional team, the future of Cabo Constructo is bright.
